Our local guru, John Clayton, recently said Dallas will win the NFC East with a 6-10 record, Philly 2nd at 5-10-1. But that was before Washington scorched Dallas. In spite of the division sub-ordinariness, it'll be interesting to see who will be the best of the worst. (Fortunately for the Hawks, this is a year they play all 4 NFC East teams.)
