Thanks for the kind thoughts, Gary. Locals are in shock here in the Keystone province — Manitobans thought this was Winnipeg's year. But the 2nd-highest scoring team in the NHL had but 6 goals in 4 straight losses. Seldom win that way.
Ironically, it was a Winnipeg boy who scored the winning goal to send the team of his youth packing.
The Tampa Bay Lightning hope to shovel the Caps out of the NHL playoffs in Game 6.
