A double-arm amputee plans to fight a ticket Saskatoon police gave him for not doing up his seatbelt. Sounds like a case of no arm, no foul.

    good joke! If I'm a cop I think I would be a little more concerned with his actual driving rather than fastening his seat belt.

    interestingly, he has an adapted vehicle with foot controls for most everything. According to what I've read, he has been driving for almost 28 years this way.
