Hillary Duff, wife to NHLer Mike Comrie, received a $100,000 severance for getting dropped from the new Bonnie and Clyde film because she's expecting. In a related story, the NBA is far from a labour settlement.
It is true. The lead-ins are always factual (unless indicated by, say,"rumour has it" or "word is")... Most of the best jokes start with a fact, and then put a funny change of direction - or deke - on it.
