Recently, at a Starbucks (near Seattle), I saw a young man, maybe 20, wearing a Pirate hat. Guess I should specify a Pittsburgh Pirate hat. I wondered, is that the same number of fan wearing a Pirate hat in Pittsburgh, today, providing Clint's still in town? Someday, the Pirates will rise again. Sure they will, and play the Mariners in the World Series. And yes, Hurdle is the perfect name for a Pirate manager.
