Appleton, Wisconsin, home of the Timber Rattlers baseball team, was recently
named “drunkest city in America” by 24/7 Wall Street. At home games, fans are more likely to be corked than the baseball bats.
The TRs were once the Mariners class A farm team, and that will drive lots of us to drink! In fact, Alex Rodriguez began his pro career with a half season at Wisconsin. Interestingly, he played at every level, including a few games at Sea that first season. I'll drink to that!
