University of Southampton researchers say the more distant a fond memory is, the more it makes us warmer physically. If you're recalling the Cleveland Browns
last championship, carry a fire extinguisher.
In case you are wondering, 1964 was their last NFL title. The Cardinals franchise has the longest championship drought at 73 years, last winning in 1947 as the Chicago Cardinals.
Quite a drought, but at least the Cards have been to a Super Bowl. I would've guessed Detroit had the longest drought. I'm sure we're all looking forward to the Browns-Lions SuperBowl in 2030!

ReplyDeleteI would like that, actually. But ...?
DeleteDetroit Lions maintain a special place in my heart. Miss you Uncle Al.
