An ice crew pic for friend to Sports Deke, Gary, and his fav Chicago Blackhawks. Maybe soon he'll have a local NHL team to root for in Seattle.
Thanks, go Hawks! The ownership group has begun remodeling the arena in anticipation of being granted a franchise. It all looks positive but given our history with the NHL, I'd hold off on that remodeling project.
It has worked well in the second go-round in Winnipeg, so maybe that's a positive for Seattle.
