On the opening night of the NHL playoffs, three Canadian teams were playing at home and lost. O Canada; O Canada; O Canada.

    Specifically the Edmonton Oilers, Montreal Canadiens and Ottawa Senators. It got worse on Day 2, with the Flames and Leafs both losing — although they were on the road. O (for 5) Canada.
