Cleveland catcher Yan Gomes is out with a torn shoulder a day after taking part in a chicken ceremony. He will be replaced by Roberto Perez, next in the pecking order.

    yep. a sacrifice,to break his batting slump. but with a store-bought, already dead chicken.
