How frosty was it in Toronto for the NBA All-Star game? Kobe Bryant said it was colder than a handshake from Shaq.

    Bad luck for Toronto: it was unusually cold for the area, adding to the misconception of all of Canada being much colder than the northern U.S. The average Feb temp in Toronto is -4C; Chicago -4C, New York -3C
