For Americans who felt post-Thanksgiving-dinner fatigue, scientists blame three things:  
3. The fats from deserts;  
2. The carbohydrates in stuffing; 
1. The Eagles at Detroit.

  1. Thanks. Turkey allegedly causes drowsiness because it is packed with a nutrient called tryptophan. The item I found said it is likely the least sleep inducing item on the Thanksgiving table.
