REPRISE:
ESPN called Maria Sharapova meeting Serena Williams at the Aussie Open renewing their "rivalry," despite Sharapova’s 15 straight losses to Williams. That's like calling a fly a rival to a windshield.

    You can make that 16 straight now, as Williams won the final in straight sets.

    Good joke! I guess "renew their rivalry" promotes better than "resumes the thrashing"?

    Thanks, Gary. And too true. I don't know why the sports-media types keep calling it a rivalry. As you say, a regular thrashing.
