true. the Middaugh "drop" from Skip to third worked for Howard, so maybe this drop will too? I know, a bit different because Middaugh had played for Howard before.... but maybe it can work for Stoughton?

Agreed, RJ. But I'm not sure how well a guy (Nichols) who is used to throwing 3rd stones is going to do at lead.
