Did anyone else see the American flag mini-dress Katy Perry wore at the N.Y. Fleet Week event? I'm Canadian, and even I saluted it.

    As they used to tell us in the military, "that's what you're fighting for, men!" She does look even better now that she's wearing her independent brand.
