A new 'Wind Up' mini car, capable of going 60 KPH, goes on display this week in Essen, Germany. Listed in Guiness as the world's smallest car licensed for public streets, it's only 104 centimetres high, 130 centimetres long and 66 centimetres wide. It is said to be ideal for jockeys and Montreal Canadiens.
